Your trusted partner for doing business in Asia
Born in a Paris law practice, managed locally from Hong Kong and Vietnam by European and Asian teams.
Founded in 2015, Lo On Shing Consultants is a consultancy managed from Hong Kong and Vietnam, where its company officers reside, dedicated to foreign direct investments in Asia. The firm has its roots in the practice of a French attorney-at-law of the Paris Bar who lived and practised in China for twenty years, and works hand in hand with French, Chinese, Hong Kong and Vietnamese lawyers, tax advisers and chartered accountants.
Its founder has spent thirty years advising on foreign direct investments in Asia, supporting entrepreneurs, executives and investors setting up companies across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Vietnam. Lo On Shing Consultants Limited is now run by bi-cultural teams of European and Asian consultants based in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Vietnam.
Thanks to our local network and multicultural experience, we secure every stage of your establishment — from the feasibility study through to ongoing compliance.

Legal roots, a consultant’s remit
The firm inherited the discipline of a law practice: documents drafted to professional standards, a file that is complete before it is filed, and nothing left to be discovered by a registry. We are not a law firm. Regulated work — legal advice, notarial acts, audit — is performed by the qualified professionals of our network, each in their own name.
Bi-cultural teams, on the ground
Managed locally from Hong Kong and Vietnam by European and Asian consultants who work in both cultures. The person who reads your questionnaire is the person who knows the registry, the bank and the local practice of your jurisdiction — and you keep one interlocutor for the whole file.
